Reservation Change: Reservation changes causes recalculation and re-comparison of prices, availability control, checking the return station etc. Change in the hirer’s name, in the credit card information and picking up station are not accepted for the online reservations. In such a case please cancel your reservation and make a new one.
Reservation Cancellation: We won’t charge any cancellation fees, so feel free to cancel your reservation if your plans change. No-show: If you’re unable to make it to your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid being marked as a no-show. This helps us better serve all our customers. Thank you for understanding.
Extension of rental or changing the place of delivery: requires confirmation from Supreme. While we will do our best to fulfill your request, please note that a possible unavailability of the car may occur for the period you requested. Therefore, the car should be returned on the exact day and hour as indicated in the reservation or rental contract.
Prepayment and Deposit: You don’t need to make any down payment to secure your reservation with us. Once you’ve completed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email right away. And to make sure you’re fully prepared for your upcoming trip, we’ll also send you a helpful reminder email one week before your reservation date.
